Residential HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary:

Full time residential HVAC service technician. The successful candidate communicates well with people and has the skill set necessary to diagnose and repair HVAC-related comfort problems and system failures.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform in-home residential heating and cooling repair service and maintenance. Effectively communicates with the client throughout the experience and provides a detailed report upon completion.

Qualifications and Skills:

Solid knowledge of technical tasks relating to maintaining and repairing heating, cooling, ventilation and IAQ systems. A strong work ethic and positive attitude is key. A desire to learn and expand on your knowledge. A valid NC driver’s license with a clear driving record. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks. There’s almost no turn-over here and we’re not willing to start now – we only want individuals who are looking for long-term employment and a rewarding career.

Experience:

  • HVAC: 5 years (Preferred)

License:

  • Universal EPA Certification (Required)
