RESIDENTIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Job Summary:
Full time residential and light commercial HVAC service technician. The successful candidate communicates well with people and has the skill set necessary to diagnose and repair HVAC-related comfort problems and system failures.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform in-home residential and light commercial heating and cooling repair service and maintenance. Effectively communicates with the client throughout the experience and provides a detailed report upon completion.
Qualifications and Skills:
Solid knowledge of technical tasks relating to maintaining and repairing heating, cooling, ventilation and IAQ systems. A strong work ethic and positive attitude is key. A desire to learn and expand on your knowledge. A valid NC driver’s license with a clear driving record. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks. There’s almost no turn-over here and we’re not willing to start now – we only want individuals who are looking for long-term employment and a rewarding career.
Experience:
- HVAC: 5 years (Preferred)
License:

RESIDENTIAL HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Job Summary:
Full time residential HVAC maintenance technician. The successful candidate communicates well with people and has the desire to learn while maintaining residential, and sometimes light commercial HVAC equipment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform in-home residential and light commercial heating and cooling maintenance. Effectively communicates with the client throughout the experience and provides a detailed report upon completion.
Qualifications and Skills:
A strong work ethic and positive attitude is key. A desire to learn and expand on your knowledge. Mechanical aptitude is necessary in this trade. A valid NC driver’s license with a clear driving record. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks. There’s almost no turn-over here and we’re not willing to start now – we only want individuals who are looking for long-term employment and a rewarding career. The working environment is in crawl spaces and attics – if you’re strongly opposed to extreme heat, spiders, dirt, or insulation – this is not the position for you.

RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALL FOREMAN
Job Summary:
Full time residential HVAC installation foreman. Remove and Install HVAC equipment and accessories with complete start-up in homes and light commercial buildings without supervision.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform in-home residential and light commercial HVAC installations with complete start-up. Manage and organize workflow with installation crew. Follow all safety procedures. Complete jobs with integrity and pride in your work. Communicate scope of work, activity, and system operation with the home owner.
Qualifications and Skills:
A strong work ethic and positive attitude is key. A complete understanding of gas & electric furnaces, heat pumps, refrigeration, design and installation of ductwork, low voltage wiring, and all necessary tools and testing devices. A desire to learn and expand on your knowledge. A valid NC driver’s license with a clear driving record. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

- Residential HVAC Installation: Minimum 2 years
