Air Experts
We have kept Raleigh-Durham homes comfortable for over 40 years. Taking care of the neighborhood we work in is part of the same job.
Our team spends every day in Raleigh-Durham homes, so we see what our neighbors need. Being part of the Greater Raleigh area means more than doing good work inside people’s homes. It means showing up for the community we share.
We look for ways to lend a hand to families and neighbors in the Raleigh-Durham area, especially when times are hard.
We care about the schools, charities and community groups that make the Raleigh-Durham area a good place to live.
Our employees live and work here too, and we encourage them to give their time to the causes they care about.
From October until mid-December, our office is a donation site for Toys for Tots.
This year we’re accepting new, unwrapped toys through December 11, 2026. Give your donation to your technician during a service visit, or drop it off at our office:
Air Experts 2730 Rowland Rd Monday–Friday, 8 am–6 pm
At Air Experts, we are dedicated to furthering the education of the next generation. In addition to training new HVAC and plumbing professionals and practicing lifelong learning in our work environment, we sponsor a $2,500 BBB Torch Scholarship every year.
BBB Torch Scholarships are awarded to impactful students pursuing college who reside within BBB of Eastern Carolinas’ service area. Applications typically open in December and close in early January.

Each year, Air Experts partners with Lennox’s Feel the Love program to provide a brand-new heating and cooling system, completely free of charge, to a deserving member of the Raleigh-Durham community.
Nominations come from right here in our community, often recognizing teachers, healthcare workers, hard-working parents and generous neighbors going through hard times. Nominations close August 31, and installation week typically falls in the second week of October.
This year’s recipient was Nekole, a hard-working mother of three who had been struggling with her heating and cooling system for the past three years. On October 9, 2026, our crew arrived with breakfast to kick off the celebration before getting down to work, pulling out the failing system and installing a new Lennox furnace, air conditioner and thermostat for Nekole and her family.
Thank you to everyone who submitted a nomination and helped us recognize deserving families like Nekole’s. Feel the Love returns next year, with nominations opening March 2027.

Every October, our team partners with the National Breast Cancer Foundation to pack and donate 100 Hope Kits for women facing breast cancer.
Each kit includes fuzzy socks, a handwritten card with words of encouragement, and self-care products to help provide comfort during chemotherapy. These thoughtful care packages go out to women throughout the U.S. who have just been diagnosed with breast cancer or are currently undergoing treatment.

While many food drives take place around the holidays, the need for food assistance continues year-round. That’s why we moved our annual food drive to the spring.
During our spring food drive, customers can receive $10 off their invoice when they donate 2 or more items. For every pound of food donated, Air Experts donates $1 to our community partner, the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle.
This year, thanks to our customers and employees, we donated 1,694 pounds of food and $1,694 to the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle!

Feel the Love is a Lennox program that has run since 2009. Communities nominate people who give back to the neighborhoods around them, often teachers, first responders, healthcare workers and families going through a hard stretch, and Lennox dealers donate and install a complete heating and cooling system for them at no cost.
In 2025 our crew took on a home here in the Raleigh area. We pulled out a failing system, installed a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner, and handed the homeowner back a house that could keep up with the summer heat. Equipment, labor, everything, on us.
Every October, for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our office trades desks for folding tables and packs HOPE Kits with the National Breast Cancer Foundation, a national nonprofit. The kits go to women who have just been diagnosed or are in the middle of treatment.
Each one holds small, practical comforts: fuzzy socks, an inspirational bracelet, a HOPE journal and more. Our team packs and ships them by the tableful, and every box is filled by hand.
If a neighbor, local organization, school or cause in the Raleigh-Durham area comes to mind, get in touch and tell us about it.
