Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

Full time residential HVAC maintenance technician. The successful candidate communicates well with people and has the desire to learn while maintaining residential HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform in-home residential heating and cooling maintenance. Effectively communicates with the client throughout the experience and provides a detailed report upon completion.

Qualifications and Skills:

A strong work ethic and positive attitude is key. A desire to learn and expand on your knowledge. Mechanical aptitude is necessary in this trade. A valid NC driver’s license with a clear driving record. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks. There’s almost no turn-over here and we’re not willing to start now – we only want individuals who are looking for long-term employment and a rewarding career. The working environment is in crawl spaces and attics – if you’re strongly opposed to extreme heat, spiders, dirt, or insulation – this is not the position for you.

License:
