For Recurring Billing

Air Experts Heating & Cooling, LLC provides the convenience of automatic billing. This is a periodic charge that will be made according to your billing cycle. In order to terminate the recurring billing process you must either cancel the Comfort Club Agreement in writing, or arrange for an alternative method of payment. All Agreement cancellations for which an active recurring billing authorization exists must be made according to the requirements of the Comfort Club Agreement. Any questions regarding the Comfort Club Agreement should be directed to Air Experts Heating & Cooling, LLC for assistance, using the contact information provided. By enrolling into the Comfort Club maintenance agreement you guarantee and warrant that you are the legal cardholder for the credit card charged and are legally authorized to enter into this recurring agreement with Air Experts Heating & Cooling, LLC. Request to terminate authorization of recurring billing must be made in writing 30 days prior to termination. There is a $25 early cancellation fee for agreements cancelled before the full 12 month term.

For Annual Billing

By enrolling into the Comfort Club maintenance agreement you guarantee and warrant that you are the legal cardholder for the credit card charged and are legally authorized to enter into this agreement with Air Experts Heating & Cooling, LLC. Request to terminate this agreement must be made in writing 30 days prior to termination. Services rendered as part of the Comfort Club will be deducted from final refund in the event of an early termination. There is a $25 early cancellation fee for agreements cancelled before the full 12 month term.
